Roscoe is a Westie who resides in Center Township. He loves chasing after beams of light, jumping really high, and chasing cars. Sometimes Roscoe is sometimes known as Rat-sco because when he is wet he looks like a drowned rat! He is excited that summer is right around the corner so he can go swimming at the dog pool with his other doggy friends!!
